FROM HEART & SOUL CARE TRAUMA RETREATS

Phenomenal weekend, supportive and loving

Learnt to take small ‘micro’ steps.  We can heal ourselves.  There is lots of support.

Would totally recommend this retreat to all.

It was a weekend for trauma healing but no one was expected to share their own trauma.  It was all about the healing and various possibilities of healing.

Top quality food, the accommodation, venue facilities - all great.  Absolutely fantastic life changing weekend.

Never experienced yoga - very gentle.  Abi is a beautiful and strong woman with lovely approach.

Such a strong group of women, full of wisdom, huur, stability and they are like one big hug.

Ayurveda with Katie Rose - excellent - amazing - insightful.  I highlight to the weekend.  Excellent presenter.

Aromatherapy - Sylvia is really great, great presenter, loads of insight.

Sound Healing with Carina Grace - another highlight of my weekend, very powerful.

Another powerful presentation on healing with Deborah’s meditation.

Tara’s Welcoming/Closing Circle - beautiful, insightful, gentle and kind.

Elena’s Sheng Zhen - amazing!  Learnt so much - so much insight.
